You are viewing Cheat Codes for Grand Theft Auto : Double Pack Game Name : Grand Theft Auto : Double Pack System : Xbox Date Added : 2007-03-21 01:05:12 Views : 20640 Easy weapons (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Free weapons are hidden all over the city. The flamethrower and rocket launcher, are two especially powerful weapons. They can be found near the boat yard and car showroom. These all respawn within a few game hours. Collect all the desired weapons, then save at a nearby hideout. The game will advance six hours and all your hidden weapons will have respawned. Do this three to five times, and all your company assets will be close to full, and you can make the rounds to get paid. Easy money (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Occasionally as you wander around the city, you will encounter a cop fighting with a gang member (especially in Northpoint Mall). If you step in and hit the gang member, you will receive a $50 Good Citizen's Bonus when the gang member dies. Once the guy is on the ground, you can continue to kick him and receive the bonus two or three more times (until the body disappears). This is an easy way to get some quick cash, and do some fighting in the process. Steal a police boat (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Take a boat and ramp it so that when it lands it will be upside down. Quickly get out so you will be standing on the hull. Take out a rocket launcher and shoot any boats that are in range. After awhile, police boats will come after you. Take a manually targeting gun and shoot the officer though the glass. If done correctly, you should be able to get the police boat and have the police after you. Note: This is difficult to accomplish. Chatterbox callers (Grand Theft Auto 3) On rare occasions you can hear Tony from some of your missions in Portland call in to Chatterbox. He tells the host Lazlow about his mother treating him like a kid. You have to listen carefully because Tony tells Lazlow to call him sir, so nobody can tell it is him calling. Lazlow will only say Tony couple of times. Note: He is the guest that Lazlow tells to stop cussing because Chatterbox is a family radio station. Cheat Mode (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) You can use one of the following cheatcodes:
Avoid drowning in vehicle (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) If your car flips over while in water, enable the "Health" code. Then, enable the "Rainy weather" code and the "Car floats on water" code (if not already enabled). Keep repeating the "Health" code in between and after these codes. Your car should eventually flip back over and float on the water. This technique requires speed and practice. Note if you are in a Rhino, your chances of flipping back of are small; and if you make it, the Rhino will fly and bounce in the air. Pedestrians drive you around (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) This trick works best on cabs or gang cars because you need someone that will try to take the car back. Ram the passenger door of the vehicle that you want to get a ride from. Once it falls off, get out and steal that car. Then, position the car so that the driver will get in the passenger door. When he does, begin to drive. He Or she will take over the car and you will still be in it while they are driving around. To get out, hold Y until the driver comes to a complete stop, then you will get out. Note: If the car is blown up or sunk in water you will not be able to get out, and you will have to reload the game. Killing pedestrians (Grand Theft Auto 3) Make sure you have the Uzi and some ammunition (drive-by purposes). Then, get a police car by whatever means. You can do this with a normal car, but a police car is recommended. Once you have a car, pull up next to another car, preferably a large one such as, a bus, diesel, etc. Make sure that this is a vehicle that you can keep up with, and that it handles badly at high speeds. Shoot the vehicle to get it running from you. Chase after it and use the siren to watch chaos ensue. Even though the CPU-driven car is going as fast as it can, it will still try to pull over. Use the siren for about a second, then turn it off for about three seconds and repeat. If done correctly, it will plow into people, cars, walls, and even you if you get in its way. Also, if it catches fire and explodes, watch out. Some of the other vehicles will try to run you down and give chase if the car explodes near them. Not all the cars act in this way, but you can trigger these actions if you are persistent. Easy guns (Grand Theft Auto 3) Get a bat and kill gang members. If there is a few of them around, use a sniper rifle instead. If the gang shoots at you for no reason, keep away from them. If you need good firepower, get a five star wanted level but make sure the FBI cannot shoot you. Enable the "No wanted level" code and go to the FBI. They will not get in their cars because you cannot walk and aim with some wepons. Punch one to get one star and get into a fist fight with the FBI. Use a bat to kill them. When you have done this, you will get a few handguns and M16 rounds. GTA: Vice City Hidden Package Rewards The weapons can be found at the 3 major hideouts. The Sea Sparrow can be found behind the Diaz Mansion. The Rhino and Hunter can be found at the air force base.
Regain health with prostitute (Grand Theft Auto 3) Car jack any vehicle and drive up to a prostitute walking the streets. Stop and let her approach the car, after a few seconds of talking, she will get in. Drive to a remote area where there are not any cops around (a good place is in your hideout). Stop the car, but do not get out. After about two seconds, the car will start rocking back and forth. You will recover approximately 40 to 50 points of health. When it is over, she will exit the car and walk away, but not before she charges you a fee. At this point you can beat her up and take back the money you just paid her. Note: The prostitute will fight back when you try to take your money back. If for any reason you both have to exit the car before it starts rocking, you will still be charged a fee (beat her up to take it back). You cannot do this with the same prostitute twice in one night -- you can however, pick up another prostitute and recover more health. Even though the maximum amount of health points is 100 when you start the game, it increases to 125 after the encounter and remains that way. Saving at unlocked locations (Grand Theft Auto 3) If you cheat and go to Staunton Island or Shoreside Vale earlier than you are supposed to, you can save the game without having any missions there. Follow your radar. The icon that looks like a house is your hideout in that area, which allows you to save. Although you can save your game there, if you die you will return to Portland. If you wish to return to where you were, just load the game again. Leaf Links: Reload weapon (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) If you have a Uzi or another gun that you can keep when it is out of ammunition, go to the golf course. Walk through the entrance then walk back out. When you pick up your weapon, it should be as if you just picked it up or bought it. Note: This may not always work. Unlockable Secret Vehicles These are all the vehicles that can be unlocked by completeing certain missions or are only availible during certain missions.
Escobar International Airport: Easy money (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) To get a large amount of money in a short time, get the Rhino Tank from Fort Baxter Air Base. Drive it to Escobar International Airport. Once there, activate the Vigilante missions. Almost all of the chases will take place on the airstrip. They appear one behind the other and can just be rammed with the tank or fired on. It is possible to get to level 66 in vigilante mode with 760 kills and $5,000,000 in about a half hour. If you get stars, drive to Sunshine Autos, and jump into a car, then drive into the Pay 'N' Spray. You should have a large amount of mission time to drive there and back to the airport with no problems. Walk on car in mid-air (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Get a car when pulling off an insane jump or stunt, get out of the car when in the air. The car must be totally undamaged. You can now walk on the car in mid-air. However, the instant you fall off, the car will drop to the ground with you. Taxi Driver (Grand Theft Auto 3) To do this cheat simply find a taxi or cabbie and steal it (probably works with the secret red cabbie). Drive up to one of your favorite cars with it. When you are there press and hold down the X button. Get out of the taxi while you are holding X, with Y. Keeping holding X and get inside your favorite car. When your character is in the car waiting, unleash the X button. Make sure you do not unleash the X button while you character is opening the car. Now the game thinks you are inside a taxi, good job. Wanted levels (Grand Theft Auto 3) Wanted level 1 (One star): One cop or one cop car will chase you at a time. One cop gets out of the car. The cops will not shoot you unless you are on top of a vehicle, but will use their fists. Wanted level 2 (Two stars): More cops will chase you at a time. Two cops get out of one car. The cops will shoot at you with a pistol. They will chase you more often. Wanted level 3 (Three stars): Even more cops and one helicopter will chase you at a time. Two cops will get out of one car. The cops will shoot at you with a pistol. The cops will set up roadblocks with normal cop cars. They will chase you even more often and ram you more often if you are driving. Wanted level 4 (Four stars): A lot of cops and one helicopter will chase you at a time. Two cops will get out of one car. The cops will shoot at you with a pistol. Sometimes the S.W.A.T. team will chase you in Enforcers. Four S.W.A.T. team men will get out of an Enforcer. They will shoot you with a Uzi. The cops (not the S.W.A.T team) will setup roadblocks with Enforcers. They will chase you often and will try to ram you or sometimes try to run you over (if you are on foot). Wanted level 5 (Five stars): The FBI and two helicopters will chase you at a time. The FBI will chase you in FBI cars. Four FBI agents will get out of one FBI car. They will shoot at you with AK-47s. The FBI will setup roadblocks with dark gray FBI cars. They will chase you often, do a lot of ramming, and will try to run you over. The helicopters will shoot at you more often. You have to complete the last Portland mission and be able to go to Staunton Island by normal means (without cheating) to get a wanted level to this level. Wanted level 6 (Six stars): This is the most dangerous wanted level. The Military and two helicopters will chase you at a time. The Military will chase you in Military vehicles. They are not as fast as FBI cars, but a lot more powerful. There is also an occasional tank. Two soldiers will get out of a Military vehicle at a time. They will shoot at you M-16s. The Military will setup roadblocks with Military vehicles. Unlike Grand Theft Auto 2, they will not setup tank roadblocks. They will chase you often, do a lot of ramming, and will try to run you over. The helicopters will shoot at you more often. You have to be able to get to Shoreside Vale by normal means (without cheating) to get a wanted level to this level. Cheat Mode (Grand Theft Auto 3) You can use one of the following cheatcodes:
Easy rampage (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) If you are doing a rampage that requires a certain number of vehicles to be destroyed and you are near somewhere with a large garage, go over to it. Open the garage and blow the cars up while they are still inside. Walk away so that the garage closes, then return and the cars will be in perfect shape again. Blow them up again, and repeat the process. This is very useful for the two RPG rampages near Sunshine Autos (on the airport roof and on the big ship); and the chaingun rampage (near Fort Baxter). Since Sunshine Autos has so many large garages, it is easy to fly over in a helicopter, get the rampage, then fly back to Sunshine Autos to do the trick. Vice Point: Easy money (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) To get an easy $200 to $300, go to North Point Mall and follow a police officer until he begins chasing someone. Attack that person with your fists (no brass knuckles -- you gain more money without them) to get $50 for every punch you throw. Be sure not to hit the police officer. Vigilante Mission (Grand Theft Auto 3) When chasing down a car in a vigilante mission, pause the game when the are in your sights. The criminal willl get out of the car, making them an easy target to run over. Fire truck message (Grand Theft Auto 3) Get a fire truck to see the message "Putting out since 1872" near the bumper. Immunity to flamethrower and molotov cocktails (Grand Theft Auto 3) Use the following trick to become immune from the fires caused by the flamethrower and molotov cocktails. Take an adrenaline pill to make the environment go into slow motion. Equip the flamethrower or molotov and use it to set a civilian on fire. Get close enough to the civilian and you will eventually set fire to yourself. Before the flames on you die out, press the replay button. You can either cancel the replay or let it finish. When the game goes back to real time, you will find yourself practically immune from fires from both of these weapons. Note: You must press the replay button before the fire on you dies out. Also, you will not be immune from explosions -- stay away from burning vehicles. You can now set fire on anything that moves and you will not get hurt in the process. Hidden Programmer's Message (Grand Theft Auto 3) Go to Staunton Island. Head for Bedford Point, and bring a tall vehicle with you, like an Ambulance. Go to the parking lot that is behind some buildings in the projects (it was used in the “Kingdom Come” mission you do for King Courtney). Park your Ambulance next to the wall where the Kuruma is parked. Climb up on top of the ambulance and jump over the wall. On the other side, you’ll see a sign that says “You werent supposed to be able to get here you know”. When you’re ready to exit this area, use the ramp that the programmers (very thoughtfully) put there for you. Staunton Island: Hidden message (Grand Theft Auto 3) Go to the Bedford Point neighborhood, then go to the intersection. There will be a building with a staircase and a underground parking lot to the left side of it there. The right side has a small driveway. Go through it. To the right will be a big wall. Enable the "Better driving skills" code and jump the wall. You will be in a passage with a lot trees. Go as far as you can in the direction opposite to the building you came in. Look to the left to see a sign that reads "You weren't supposed to be able to get here you know". You can exit out on a ramp that is against the wall in there. Vice Point: Malibu Club massacre (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Get some Molotov cocktails and a shotgun or another strong weapon that can wipe out the police in one shot. Enter the Malibu Club and stand at the entrance. Toss a Molotov cocktail into the center of the dance floor. The whole place will go up in flames. Exit the Malibu Club. Come back in and the people should be dancing again. The security guards will be after you. Take out your shotgun and kill them. Take out a sniper rifle, go to the bar, and snipe the bartenders. Kill the security guard that is blocking the stairway and go up. There may be a few more bouncers that may need to be taken out. Once up there, take out your sniper rifle. Zoom in on the people dancing on the stage and kill them. Then, either use a grenade or rocket launcher to blow up everyone in the club. Hidden Package Bonuses (Grand Theft Auto 3) They appear at your three hideouts
Staunton Island: Easy kills and totaled cars (Grand Theft Auto 3) There is a street with buildings across from each other which are lined in glass. Load up on guns (or enable the "All weapons" code) and go on the second floor of either of these buildings. Keep killing people to raise your wanted level. Then, as police cars arrive, you can either roll a grenade off the edge and blow them up, or enable the "Destroy all cars" code. If you stay away from the edge, you will not get hurt. Sometimes you do not even need to do any work -- when your wanted level is 5, the FBI cars will come zooming up and often times tip themselves over explode. Helicopters also cannot shoot you, so you can also destroy them easily. Rampages (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Each rampage you complete gives you an extra $50 on the next one you do. Fall off the ramp on top of the multi story parking garage (Laser Sniper Rifle) Ocean View Medical Foundation, to the right of Col. Cortez boatyard. (M4) Ocean View to the right of the wooden bridge to the east of the lighthouse. (Kruger) Right on top of the Airport Terminal (Rocket) In Airport Terminal behind the stairs in the back. (Auto Shotgun) To the right of the ARMY/Air Base. (Mini gun) Find the rocket launcher in the hooker in pool to the left of sunshine autos. Then keep going back and look left. (Grenades) Up the white stairs across from Ammunation in downtown. (Colt .45) Go to the building to the right of the 3321 Vice Point safe house, a rampage is behind it (Colt .45) Behind the "standing" building where you get armor across from the Malibu Club, a rampage will be on the top diving board. (Laser Sniper) On Ocean Beach where you find the shotgun by the bench, head west on the wooden board walk, head up the grass and look against the building (Auto Shotgun) To the right of Bunch Of Tools, in the direction of the parked car is facing are white stairs. Go up them and head left. It is behind a small maroon wall. (MP5) Two rooftops to the right of Cherry Poppers, you will need a helicopter. (Bolt Action Sniper Rifle) In front of the Printing Works there is a billboard. Count four houses to the right and go behind the fourth house. (TEC-9) Head south from the Leaf Links Golf Club and find a gap between the wall and the road. Head down and its to the left. (Chainsaw) To the left of the VCN building, there are white stairs. Go up to the top. (Molotov Cocktails) Find Raphel's clothing shop. Go in the open door in the direction the neon sign is facing. It is to the left. (Chainsaw) Go to where Avery meets you, but keep going straight to the cul-de-sac. (Drive By) Find the Securicar then go around to the back of the bank. It is by the loading bay (Katana) When coming from Little Havana to Starfish Island, take a right and stop at the first gray gate. Jump it using a car to jump on and follow the driveway to the rampage. (Run over) From the garage where you parked the tank in "Sir Yes Sir". Go straight and stop halfway before the corner. Get out and take a right through the lawn to find it in the B Ball court. (Shotgun) On Ocean Beach to the north of the light house by the shore. (Run over) Across from the boatyard in Vice Port to the right on the dock without a roof. (Rocket) From 3321 Vice Point drive to your right and its behind the second huge building. (Drive By) Take a right out of the city scrap junk yard road. Take the first right you see. At the billboard go in the alley all the way to the end by the water and take a left at the end of the alley. From the Ocean Beach Hospital, take a right out of it and take the second left. Look to your left and take the first gap in the hedges, go straight and look right. Go behind your lawyers office and head straight. Look right and go to the top of the spiral, go down the ramp and pick it up. Drive blown-up cars (Grand Theft Auto 3) It works for both games. First find a car with somebody driving it. Stand next to the driver's side (it doesn't work on the passenger's side) and enter the "destroy all cars" code. When you reach the Y button in the process of entering the code your character will pull the driver out of the vehicle. Finish the code before your done pulling the driver out and the car will explode but you will get inside anyway. Hurry up and enter the health code because the car will be in falmes. Now you're driving a blown-up car. You can take it to a pay-and-spray and the car will be repaired but will keep it's charred look. Ocean Beach: Easy money (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Leave your Ocean View hotel hideout, and steal a car. This cannot be done with a motorcycle or scooter. Make sure the car is directly in front of the hideout. Go right (from standing in front of the hotel) and keep driving along the road. Drive on the left hand side of the road, opposite to traffic. You will see a wide gravel path. Follow the path, being careful not to run over anyone, until you get to a small, narrow bridge. Start ramming your car into the side of the bridge. As soon as the car starts on fire, run away. Wait until the car explodes, and then return to the bridge. A lot of people should be dead, since many of them were walking on the bridge. If you are lucky, you might even kill a police officer or two. Downtown: Secret rooftop hideout (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Go to the Greasy Choppers Bike Club. Go north about a half block. On the left hand side is a building with stairs (going over a gun that you can obtain). Go up the stairs to the roof to find a shack that can be used to store any motorcycle-class vehicle, etc. It only costs $1,000. 8Ball's Floating Head (Grand Theft Auto 3) Begin by going to Salvadore in Portland, and start the "Bomb Da Base" mission. Once you arrive at 8Ball's place and collect the money for him, take the Sniper Rifle from him. While still having him standing in his doorway, zoom in on his head and shoot it. The next time you start the mission 8Ball's body will be invisible, and his head will be floating and talking to you. Hidden Easter Egg (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) In the Downtown section of Vice City's west island, the VCN building can be entered from ground level. From the roof of this building, if you jump from the far eastern corner of the helipad into the window of the adjacent shyscraper via a substanceless wall texture. Inside this hollow you will find an actual Easter Egg, with the words 'Happy Easter' written on it. Shoreside Vale: Hidden packages (Grand Theft Auto 3) Out on the tarmac at Frances International Airport, near the police helipad, is a parked police car. This is useful if you are found car-less after crashing the Dodo or in a similar predicament. There is also a hidden package on the helipad. There are also vans scattered about, and one is in the terminal area. If you drive around the terminal (the big, spider-like building) you will find a hidden package. Go to the front of the Cartel hideout in the day and face the opposite direction as the guard is standing. Go forward, and you should see a house on your left. Enter that yard and check the front porch. There should be a hidden package located there or in the backyard. Be careful not to fall in the pool. After getting the hidden packages, check in front of that house's garage for a car you can steal. Washington Beach: Phallic symbol (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Go to the Malibu Club and look around for a water tower. Once you have located it, look to the left of it. You will see a tall building next to it. Look closely at the top of the building. It will say "LANGER". Go to the parking lot directly across from the building and make sure you have a clear view of the front of the building. Once the game clock turns 23:00, lights will turn on, showing the form of a penis and two balls. At the top of the building, liquid will squirt out for a short time. When the game clock turns 24:00, the lights will change and this will no longer be visible. Beach Ball Game At a pool on Starfish Island you can find a beach ball. If you run into it it will bounce up into the air. Stand in the ball's shadow as it falls and it will bounce on your head. A number will show up above your head for each time you've bounced it. When your look at your stats in the start menu it will show: " Highest score on Beach ball mini-game ". Drowned man (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) On the first island somewhere along the thin channel is a docked Dingy. Take it and go south until it opens up into the ocean. Make sure you can see the bottom along the left wall. As soon as it opens up. follow it and you will se a man at the bottom with his feet in a cement block. Avoid police chases (Grand Theft Auto 3) After stealing police cars, you are relentlessly pursued by the police until you are captured or injured. In order to get around this, steal the police car (try smashing them until they get out to arrest you, and then jump in their car). Take the stolen police car to your garage (the condition does not matter), and save the game. When you return with the stolen police car later (from your garage), it will be viewed as a normal car by the police, but will still be able to do the Vigilante mission. Starfish Island: "Keepy-Uppy" beach ball game (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Go to Starfish Island and locate the mansion that has the drained pool in its side yard. There will be a lone beach ball in the deep end of the pool. Run into the ball hard enough and it will fly into the air. Position yourself on its shadow to have it bounce off your head. The game keeps track of consecutive hits, however the prize is unknown. Note: Equip a heavy weapon such as a flamethrower or a minigun to walk around slowly so you do not over-walk the shadow. Prawn Island: Blow up gas pump (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Go to the back wall of InterGlobal Film Studios and you will see a white box on the wall. If you look closely, you will see that it is a gas pump. Take a few steps back and shoot it to make it explode. Minimize health damage (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) When doing a mission that requires chasing down your target from a building or enclosed location containing no fast vehicles (for example, Four Iron) or a mission that requires you to escape from similar areas (for example, Mall Shootout), travel on a motorcycle. Not only will this provide an efficient edge on your mission, but it will also minimize damage to your health. Escape from police (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) If you are being chased by the police and are near streets with alleys, drive near the alleys. Jump out the car at the correct moment and fall into the alley. The police will drive past, giving you some time to run. You can also get out of a heavy car and leave it to block an alley. This is useful if you have a high wanted level. Find a shore and wade into the water just short of drowning point. Crouch and the cops will not fire at you, but the police chopper will find you. Unlimited ammunition (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Go to any Ammu-Nation store and choose a gun. Keep buying it until you get close to 9999 rounds. The next time you buy it, the ammunition count for that gun will disappear and you will have an unlimited amount. Use the following trick to get unlimited ammunition on the MP5. Buy unlimited ammunition for a submachine gun-class weapon for $300, then buy (or find) the MP5, which is $3000. It uses the same ammunition, and you will save a couple thousand dollars. Jump during chase (Grand Theft Auto 3) Go to any ramp while chased by the police. The best ramp for this trick is the one at the end of Cedar Grove which lets you jump over the river. Jump while the police are close to you. While you are flying through the air, you will see the police right behind you. Little Haiti: Easy money (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) Go to the location of the Ryton Aid pharmacy and the adjacent Pay 'N' Spray. Steal any car and park it directly in front of the Pay 'N' Spray. Enter the Ryton Aid and rob it by pointing a gun at the clerk until you have three stars on your wanted meter. Drop the gun, take the money, and run outside to your car. Drive it into the Pay 'N' Spray. If you got hit by the police, return to the store after your car is repainted and get the health power-up. Run down the block and a new clerk will be back in Ryton Aid. Repeat this process to get easy money. Extra ammunition (Grand Theft Auto: Vice City) If you do a rampage, the type of weapon for it will be taken from you. However, the weapon that you had prior to starting the rampage will double in ammunition. For example, if you do a shotgun rampage and have an Uzi equipped, you will lose all your shotgun ammunition, but have double the Uzi ammo. Note: You do not have to pass the rampage to get the ammunition. Portland: Get to Staunton Island early (Grand Theft Auto 3) Use the following trick to get to Staunton Island before the bridge is fixed and before the subway is open. Go to the bridge to Staunton Island. Go past where the blockage cones are located, to basically be on the bridge. Enable the "Flying car" code, then the "Tank" code. Make sure you are all the way back to get enough room to take off using the tank (as a plane). Start firing the cannon backwards and accelerate. Keep firing the cannon backwards, and just as you get to the edge where the bridge has been broken, you will take off. Try and get back on the ground. If done correctly you will now be on Staunton Island. Note: When you cross the bridge, the "Welcome To Staunton Island" screen will appear to confirm success. Note: You can use nearly any car, but the tank has a better ability to fly higher. Dormatron commercial (Grand Theft Auto 3) Listen to the radio and eventually you will hear a commercial for the Dormatron, an exercise machine. After the wife says "Now that I've lost 280 pounds, my husband's all mine again!" the husband will say, "That's right, honey, no more escort services for me!" It is the voice of the man you have to escort to Pike Creek for Donald Love. Not enough codes for you? Search for more cheats at cheat codes club.
